I've been searching various threads for the info, but I guess I suck at searching. Anyway, is there anything I need for the bumper trimming, or is that just a matter of having or borrowing the right tools? I am going to get the needed items for the fender trim (what little is needed), but not sure what all I will need for taking the bumpers in.

I'm good on the stuff needed for the fenders, I was asking what, if anything additional is needed for doing the bumper...

You may also need to give some instruction to others since I more than likely not be able to attend this go round. MAybe you can just hold the heatgun since it's like an ultra hot hairdryer... .
