Who did you get your lift from?

4 wheel parts took just over a week from the day i ordered the lift and wheels. It took them a couple days to install everything. My kit was the first one from R.E. they had installed.

Did you say you were going with B.D.?

If so what made you go with them VS. Full Traction or Rubicon Express(the best kits on the market IMO)?

Well, the write up on the BD in Peterson4wheeldrive mag and following John and Marcy's Rubicon all over Freeway Ridge and Black Gulch.

I have Chris at NELO's putting it on and he ordered it for me. Its on back order along with a lot of others who are waiting. I also have him changing out the front drive line also.
I have my tires/wheels sitting in my garage and its driving me crazy.
There are a lot of good lifts out there and some bad ones, so choosing one of the good ones I should be ok.

following John and Marcy's Rubicon all over Freeway Ridge and Black Gulch.
You both have rubi's, locked front and rear.

I'm in a X open front and limited slip in the rear. I never had to change my line through any of the obsticals on that run. The R.E. kit flexs that well.

If i remember correctly the the B.D. kit uses a track bar bracket at the axle in the rear. If so have them make a brace for it as it will tear of the stock bracket.

Well, it looks like the BD is out, Chris called them and they are saying 2 to 3 weeks maybe. I don't want to wait that long.
If you don't mind, which RE lift did you get and if you don't mind what did it cost you and who installed it.
Also, did you have to change out the front dive line?

Bert,

I bought every thing installed at 4Wheel Parts in the auto mall.

Here is the prices and part #'s.

R.E. 3.5" Super Flex Kit- RE7143 $1589.99

Includes: Adjustable FRT and RR upper control arms
Fixed FRT and RR lower control ams
Adjustable FRT track bar
RR track bar drop bracket(frame mounted)
FRT and RR extended brake lines

Pro Comp MX-6 adjustable shocks
2 MX6013 $180.00
2 MX6086 $183.98

Labor for install $525.00

Total 2479.00+tax

I went with the Pro Comp shocks so i can adjust them when im loaded with camping gear. I have them set on 1 most of the time. I have a soft top but with your hard top you may want to run them a little stiffer, thats the great thing about adjustable shocks.

The sales man that i worked with is Nick.

Hope this helps. If you want i can give you ride in mine to see if you like the ride befor you buy.
