From what I've read you've gotten several good suggestions already. I'll add Brothers Off-road in Montclair to the mix. They did mine a couple years ago and I'm very please with their work. In fact, it's there right now getting a new gear box, drag link ends, ball joints, HD driveshafts, etc.
for gears, I think I paid $2k for parts and labor including truetracs F/R. This included returning after 500 miles for them to swap out the oil and check it all out.
