Who's going to the TDS 50th Annual Desert Safari in March?
Anyone heading there Saturday morning, traveling on the 10frwy? Perhaps I can catch someone's caravan? I was hoping to head that way around sunrise (5-6is a.m.) if anyone is heading over around those hours and wouldn't mind my taggin along till we get to the groups camp, I'd appreciate it. 951-544-0524 if u wanna text the time you'll pass thru the 60/10 beaumont area.. I can park on the side of the highway with my hazards til the caravan passes so you won't even have to get off the freeway.

LOCATION UPDATE 3/1/12 10:30a.m.:
Freewill, Mike948, a I am here. I think it's the same spot as last year. From highway 86 turn on to S22 and go about three miles. We're on the right. Mike is putting up orange signs but it's windy so they may not stay.... It's a large area with plenty of room to spread out. The coordinates are:
33.2650663 (33°15'54.2370"), -116.0097981 (-116°0'35.2728") - Borrego Salton Sea Way, West Imperial, California 92274
Look for a 40' black and tan RV with a big American flag waving.

Does anyone know the registration hours for Saturday? The TDS website shows registration re-opening at 6:30 AM. When do they close?
We are a "strong may be" for attending tomorrow for a day trip.
