Doc,

I really like your bumper...I am looking at the ARB front and rear...I like the HD looks and the quality...plus, I only hear good things about ARB. Plus, haha...Northridge is running a sale and offers free shipping. Shipping is the real killer...

Only drawback to ARB is the weight...boots, a member who has both front and rear, says his front ways 175-200 pounds. That's freaking crazy. As soon as I get this pregola built here at the house, I will hopefully have the funds to purchase a front bumper...I'm running factory bumpers with no plastic and it looks bare!

I could go on forever about jeep stuff...i'll ttyl

Those are sweet! I was gonna get some of those too, you just beat me to it! I thouht you had a soft top on recently? BTW, I just found a lift for $139 SHIPPED that is not actually for hard tops but alot of forum members are using it. It should be here tomorrow. I saw that bumper deal at Northridge and that's a killer deal. I'm gonna get the Expedition One to match my rear when I get through going through everyone's couch in the neighborhood looking for spare change. Of course it would be naked without a winch too. See how this works?? Kinda like crack.

Yea you're not kidding...

The way I explain it to my parents is at least I am not out doing drugs and spending my money on stupid stuff. These modifications actually do serve a purpose. Like when we have nuclear winter from pissing off China, I can drive where I want.

Default stickers

yeah, I've been wanting the JK stickers. If you want, I could order them and save from paying double shipping. I'll probably get a green T-Shirt too. After I saw you today me and Lackey "Christened" the JK in the cool waters of the White River with the new tires and lift. Just seemed like the appropriate thing to do.

Talked to Phil about Bville Jeep club. He said he likes the idea. That's about it. I said I will head up the Treasury and I told him not to get mad if I "acquire" some new toys for the jeep.

Doc your Jeep turned out great. I'm glad you got black rims because these silver Jeep's are starting to get thick around here.

You do need a set of JK stickers though, people ask me all the time what the hell they mean. We'll have a local cult started soon.

Hey guys...if you had the dealership mount your tires, you might want to check your tire pressure. Mine was 42 PSI COLD. That is waaaay too much. I got to reading another thread about best tire pressure and most guys seemed to be running 28 psi and doing just fine. So I lowered mine to 26 psi cold. I figure around here on these hot roads and hot days that should be about 30 psi hot.

The only thing is my tire pressure light comes on now...no big deal.

Another thing...I was going to see what you guys thought about "the south" project-jk area decal...I kinda dig it, but my brother says it is super redneck...(coming from the guy who will have stacks on his diesel soon).

I am from the south and am surely not ashamed. Football, beer, and southern belles are a plenty. Name a better place.
