I cannot say enough good about this park. There is so much to do and play on and the price is right.
Good catch Tony! I'll edit my post - written late and in a rush.

And Tony is absolutely spot on with regard to dry-wet trails there. First time we went, dry and no problem. Second time, it had rained the day before and was "damp". I couldn't believe the difference - much more difficult. Luckily it was a pretty day, and everything dried out (for the most part) by that afternoon.

Good point. Unlike places like Beasley it doesn't take too long for it to dry out. The rocks stay damp for a bit so the obstacles may stay limited, but the trails aren't a slippery mess.

Thanks for the info on the trails! Is there anyone who is going that wants to camp? If so will you be staying Friday or Saturday night? Or is everyone just going for a day trip?

Not 100% certain, but I think Mountainside only has primitive camping and no facilities in the form of bathrooms/showers. They do have a couple of porta-potties. Not even close to being like Crawfords at Tellico. Just something to account for if you're considering camping.

Default Question..

Can I have fun there in a stock JK? I got the AT tires, but nothing else exept a sense of no fear. LOL!
I may join this ride, not too far for me to get there.

Anyone from my area going? Would love to get a few in a convoy and head up there.

Absolutely. All of the obstacles branch off of the loops and the loops are stock friendly. That gives you the option of trying the obstacles without committing to a long trail of them.

Stock JK should be fine on many of the trails. The pics in the below thread show some basically stock TJs that ran around the park with us on one ride, and they didn't complain about not being able to go where they wanted.

See this thread ---> Mountainside Ride (there are more pics of Mountainside upstream of this post if you look).
