perhaps i could make this one with the wife. sunny day is better for me so i will be a maybe until we get closer.

 

Maybe the weather will start warming up and things will dry out by then!

Bad news guys

X-ray confirmed I broke a rib today under my armpit and bruised / cracked a few others.crashing my motorcycle.

I'm gonna be down & out for awhile.

It's my right side so shifting / driving my jeep is out of the picture I think for a few weeks. No work, no play, gonna be a chore doing certain things like wipe my freak'in ass, etc....

 

Oh man sorry to hear. Is everyone else going? Want to do the forest roads? Wife was going to come wife.

Sorry to here that though.

I might tag along on this trip if anyone still goes. I'll have to see how this week at work goes though. I usually have Sun but work really late on Saturdays.

My wife wants to go on this ride and hate for it be canceled completely :(

We made a right out of the trail and I made a slow u turn down the street knowing how muddy my tires were coming off the trail. I then blasted down the road and made a sharp right corner into the church driveway.
I hit the corner way too fast along with that side of my tires not being scrubbed of mud. It happened so fast, with force.You can see how far the tires slid in the pics. Foot stepped down but that went into air. The body impact point was my shoulder down alog my upper arm to elbow was positioned like if it were in a sling and that pressed real hard pushing into & crushing my ribs as my torso slammed.
I knew something happened by the sound. It was not a snap but a crush.

Emergency room doc checked my spleen to see if it was ripped but no other crap done but a ton of x-rays. He came in and said one is clearly broken and the others hairline cracks & brusied.
Kinda mad he didn't want to show me the x-rays, so I can mechanically visualize what's what. Said they will be on public record in a few days.
