Hey All,

Has anyone done any business with Fortec 4x4 in Atlanta, GA or Pensacola, FL?? I seem to be having a dispute with them about my order and was wondering if this was normal or just a fluke?

Any information would be appreciated.

I have done business in the last couple weeks with them and have had a good experiance including the "combining" of two orders which saved me 25% on shipping cost by refunding the cost through Paypal.

 

Have had good luck and excellent service. Maybe due to the holiday rush, some of my xmas my wife ordered from them got dropshipped and mucked up and didnt make it by xmas( im quite sure she gave them several earfuls of xmas joy)

 

I've had good luck, but I've always gone in to the store here in Atlanta/Roswell. The guy I've always worked with is Andreas.

 

i have never had any issues with fortec and i trust andreas more than any other shop in atlanta

 

Thanks for the replies. I believe that it was an honest mistake. They have shipped another part. Here's hoping its the correct one.

 

Just to update. Again the wrong part was shipped. . They said they would ship another when they get some more in stock.

If any of ya'll are down in Atlanta, please feel free to stop by and ask about it. I've been dealing with Andreas. I'm the poor SOB who order a smittybilt G.E.A.R tailgate cover from them and keep getting the TJ model not the JK model. Thanks.

Finally got the correct part. This was aggravating.

 

Glad they finally got it right.

 

Me too. I probably won't order from them again. I don't understand why they had so many issues.
