Man do I wish I had the tools and knowhow(will figure it out on my own if I had the tools) to fab something up. I'd have it done in a week, and it'd be perfect!

Made some progress tonight. I cut out the right wing. Then cleaned up my cuts and made sure everything matched it's opposite side. I also started stripping the paint off the outside of the wings via angle grinder and sanding wheel.

Note: rust destroyed all my sanding wheels, so I'll have to figure something else out. Maybe a wire wheel first, then the sanding wheels.

wire wheel works wonder I would do them first then sanding wheel if needed if its real bad or scalely light grinding with a griding wheel

all that will NOT stop rust from coming back though, sand blasting will though

I know. I want to remove the rust before coating it with Por-15 or whatever I'm going to use to coat the inside.
