I'd go if there were three of us - Mountainside is awesome. We'll see. Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock . . .
I have plans this weekend. Sorry guys! On a different, I notice that I have a grinding (ticking) sound coming from under my Jeep. I think the rear drive shaft is shot...
Back in Madison for a couple of days to knock out my VA disability physical in Brimingham. Fly back out night of 5th.
Went to Sound Depot across from Lowes and had a new radio, amp, speakers and 2 ten inch subs put in back, wow what a difference. Radio has a USB plugin for the iPod so I can plug it in and put it int he glove box. The iPod menu comes up on the radio screen. That way Im not listening to a CD that skips when wheelin. All speakers replaced and new radio cost me a grand. But the sound is incredible. They put the amp underneath the back seat. Sub box can be disconnected and removed.
They recommended I take the carpet off of the sub box and linex it since the speakers are waterproof. Im going to have it linexed in red to match the Jeep.

I'd like to know what speakers they replaced in the front, mine are starting to crackle at low volume, but still sound great mid to high volume.
Stopped by to look at the 2Dr Yellow Rubi Landers McLarty has sitting on their lot because something looked different about the tires. Turns out they are 33" Nitto Mud Grapplers. Other than the tires, Jeep looks new and even has the original sticker laying in the front seat. Anyone know if it is used, or new with aftermarket tires?
