Seriously, the mods can go on and on. But, the way you attack the trail, I don't think you need a whole lot of mods ...............

It's all about smart shopping and waiting for deals. A mild buildup can be accomplished relatively cheap.
Check the Quadratec website...they have a "build it by stages" link for the JK. Pretty cool if you ask me and gives you a chance to see what goes into each stage of a build.
Plus, hang around us all long enough and you're bound to get some hand me down parts/tires.

Yep, and BullDawg has my Rubi shocks and springs....but no one's seen him in awhile.
