Default Morris Mountain ORV Park

Hmmm - 3 1/2 hour drive down. Meet time at 0830 means Huntsville folks are waking up at O-dark-thirty if they intend to make the meet time. I'm very interested in this ride, but as I'll be using vacation, I want it to feel a little more relaxed than this. Anyone else have similar thoughts?

Think I'll plan on leaving at 0630 which should get me down there around 1000. That would give me roughly 7 hours of daylight to enjoy the park.

Corey will this plan work, or is the park expecting everyone at 0830 sharp? In other words, would I have any trouble entering if I arrive a bit later in the morning?

Was just curious about the drive for the GA guys - looks to be anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours . . . and they gain an hour coming our way. Lucky dogs.

man...I forgot how cheap military types can be. They hear the words 'free food' and they come from everywhere. I don't understand why someone would drive 20 minutes and then wait 45 minutes for a table just to have a $7.00 meal paid for. Sometimes i'm embarrassed...

Let us know what time you are going to be at the gate and we will make sure that we will meet you there. If everybody coming form the Huntsville area comes together that might work great. I agree that everybody should be relaxed and enjoy themselves.

I will work out everything with the owners of the park. Just let me know by Monday Midday so that when I talk to him that afternoon I can tell him how many will be coming.

Would enjoy greatly to meet more Huntsville guys, and also ride again with the canary. Let me know your thoughts.

Sounds good Chris, hope to fully commit by Sunday evening. Will let you know my plans one way or the other, but at the present have every intention of joining the ride.

Rubi, 0630 sounds good.

0630 sounds good to me too. So, where are we all meeting up before we head down? I will be coming from the Madison area. Would it be any quicker to take I65?

Anyone in North Alabama looking for a good used Jeep? Looks like mine is on the block.
