Welcome to the thread leman!!

Looks like you Sahara owners are taking over the N. Alabama area. I like the mud splatter being bi-directional - slinging dirt in both drive and reverse.

It turns out the cause is lack of fluid getting to the front bearing on the front output shaft. There is no way that this will ever happen to the atlas.

Good the hear re the Atlas. I'll do a little searching to find more on the stock T-case - thanks for the putting me on the right track with respect to the fluid (or lack thereof).

Yeah I can't wait to get it in. We are completely redoing the exhaust with catalytic converter delete, all new skid plates, and redoing the coilovers.

Default A different way to say, "Project-JK".

What's the net thingee on top - any guesses?

I like the grill mod - no rocks are going to be damaging this guy's radiator.

Default Soft Top Header Replacement

All I can say is WOW.. if you have a noisy soft top at highway speed.. get them to replace under TSB 23-010-09.. world of difference. I can hear things I never heard before on the interstate, like the radio... and I no longer feel deaf after driving for a few hours now. Ok.. for real it dropped the way the top sits in the channel by about 1/4" or better. Very worthwhile checkup for once.. they did it while they changed the oil and had it back by lunch.

Default New Pictures

Finally getting around to posting some pics of a few things that I have done lately ( Latch change and new muffler)

I change the original hood latches for 09 Recall Latches (for hood buffering)

This is my new muffler under the jeep

Here is a picture of the style of clamp that I used

Here is the cheap tip that I got at Advance Auto

Here is another view of it.

Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
