I Like the look. The instructions left much to be desired though.
Next sttep is to order a new set of metal fenders. My Xenons are warped due to the heat.

Welcome back home Steve. Bumper looks good - can't wait to see the rest of your stockpiled goodies installed.

Are the Xenons that warped metal or plastic?

Thanks guys, appreciate it.
Here is what I came back to with the Xenons.

I am going to repalce them. Not really what I wanted to spend my money on. Have only found two companies with metal replacements. Off Road Evolution being one of them but the damn things are just under $900 for the front.

Theyre plastic. Not really sure why this occurred other than family must have left it out in the sun quite a bit while I was gone.
washed it this morning, what a mess.

Have had a year to think about suspensions, wheels and tires. I have decided on the latter: XD Addicts and kevlar tires. Suspension is another story. Have decied against the off road evolution for now, the cost is too high. Have been looking at the Rock Krawler 3.5" coil overs, Teraflex 4", and the Trailmaster that Denny got. The Trailmaster is the only one that "appears" to not require additional parts. The other two require additional stuff to make a complete kit.

Welcome back home!

Wow. That bites! I think I read on the forum that others had the same problem with the Xenons. I believe they now have some kind of bracket to keep them from warping like that. Maybe you can contact them about it?

Welcome to the forum and the Huntsville area thread sushi!! Good to see another 2DR join our ranks.

Several of us are seriously considering this ride down at Mountainside in two weeks ---> https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...nside-ORV-Ride

Search on the park's name in this thread, and you'll find lots of pics posted from our previous visits. Perfect place for folks new to wheeling as well as those who are very experienced as it has all levels of trail.
