5.13's is probably a really good idea if you are going to 37's. I wish I knew how to advise you further. You could probably PM Eddie (Wayoflife) and he would answer you. He is a freakin Jeep Genius. Anyone on the Huntsville crew have any advice on this????
I am excited for you man. New shoes on my ride really made the difference. I may have missed it, but what tires and wheels did you decide to go with?

It depends on how many miles are on your JK now, how good the tech is that does the swap, and how often you maintained the axles(change oil). At the minimum along with the gears you'll need the carrier shims, pinion seal, crush sleeve, etc, all that would be included in a install kit. You'll also see an overhaul or master rebuild kit. That kit would include both carrier bearings and a new pinion bearing. Depending on how good the tech is with a press, the bearings you have now MAY be able to be safely removed and reinstalled if they are not worn. I personally would pay the extra money and get the master rebulid kit, since you already have the gears and carrier out, might as well change it all instead of risking having something go wrong because one of the bearings was damaged during removal, which seems to be when they break. Install isn't an issue. Just my $.02
Got my Offroad Evo rockstar skids installed today. A bit of a pita just because I HATE metal dust from cutting.grinding, but overall pretty easy. Took me about 3 1/2hrs taking my time. Gonna have to do the brake lines and clearance my Solid diff covers tomorrow.
Here's some pics. Sorry for the low quality, my iphone doesn't like taking pics in a low light garage with the sun shining bright outside.
Ground clearance, about a 2" increase!

Installed with no issues wityh my Teraflex HD axle track bar bracket.

The passenger side before removal. Pretty bad.

Here you can kinda see the difference from the completed driver side and untouched, mangled passenger side.
