Did the kit come with boots for the shocks? Also, besides the dropped pitman arm, is there any other part need for the kit? For instance, the install instructions recommend a Trailmaster coil spring perch.

The kit does include shock boots, but not coil spring perches...which I don't understand why they would be needed anyway?
Think about an aftermarket steering stabilizer and steering stabilizer relocation bracket.
Do you recommend the dropped pitman arm as well?

I concur with Wilky on the steering stabilizer. I went with the Teraflex stabilizer though that does not have a relocation bracket. Again, I havent been out on the trail yet to determine if the Teraflex is sufficient or not.

If you get the kit let me know. I would be more than happy to come over and assist. I learned a few tricks doing the kit by myself and holding up the drive shafts by yourself and trying to get them connected is not fun. Most of all, I wish I had been given the opportunity to look at one of these kits already installed as the pictures in the instructions werent the best.

Edit: BTW, I have some of the tools you will need that I had to go out and buy for this project.

I'll be interested to see how the pitman arm helps out. It looks like a lot of the stabilizer kits were sort of purpose built for specific lifts. I went ahead and ordered the lift and the dropped pitman arm, and I'll see if that helps with the steering. From the little research I've done on here it seems that the stabilizer will help with characteristic inaccuracies of the steering system, but it won't correct major wobble issues and may camoflauge vibrational or wobble issues that are starting to appear.

I paid $1800 for a 4" teraflex with the 8 pc adj control arms.

Not bad Jayson. What makes the TM kit such a killer deal is that it also includes both drive shafts for the same price. I've pretty much made up my mind not to go that high for now (5" - 6" on a 2DR) - however when checking out the kit and who manufactured the parts, found out most, if not of it was American made by well established companies.

Almost feel like buying the Quadratec kit as an investment as probably, sooner rather than later, it will jump in price. By the way, I found out the details behind the QT pricing but will leave the telling to Denny who has been laying low lately.

No, they're drive shafts will fly apart destroying the drivetrain in the process.
