part 3: from the grand cherokee forum...
"To Reset the MyGIG radio it is best to pull the vehicle IOD fuse (with ignition off), instead of unhooking the negative battery cable. This is especially important with models REN and REZ radios. Disconnecting and Reconnecting the battery can cause electrical spikes that may damage MyGIG REN and REZ radios. Once the fuse is pulled, press Open/Close hardkey on upper left of head unit and hold for 10 seconds to discharge the capacitors in the headunit."

so, im going to try this, and if it dosent work it's just not that important....

Yeah I had the same experience. I'll call a couple of other places on the list to see if they'll do it. I'll let you know what I find out.

Mirrors soon. Don't like the factory ones. I was also surprised that the bags cam with them on all 4 doors. Went to town in the rain and no leaks or flapping at 65mph

Well I would have had my stubby bumper chop done but after getting all the holes drilled ready for riveting, The rivets were to to big for the rivet gun........ So I had to go buy a cheap gun from harbor freight and drill out the little fitting things to fit the rivets. I didn't want to mess up my good one......Ran out of time....... So maybe tomorrow I'll get it knocked out...........That is if I can get away from work..... I'll have twenty five years with this company in the morning, wondering whats going to happen tomorrow at work.......
