Which island are you on? We went to the Big Island last year, stayed in Kona, and had a blast. I can tell you where the best BBQ pig is on the Big Island, if you are there. Plus, a couple of 'secret' beaches that most tourists don't know about. We have friends that live there, so they knew of all the cool spots to go.

So here it is again (sans phone number) as a commemoration to Sushi's expert spotting skills.

I second Dennis' idea with respect to checking out Stony Lonesome. It's going to be a beautiful weekend - perfect for a no top, doors off ride. Great weather (mild and dry), free entrance, and free Pepsi, etc. make this a no brainer. Who's going?

Im in Honolulu...I have been to the Big Island, I worked on it for 2 weeks... not a big fan... it looks too much like Mars in the middle of the island.

Would like to check the place out just to do something different, but not sure if there is enough medium level stuff to make it worth the drive. Am a bit leery of the place after talking to Taylor about his experiences over there.

By the way, been to Choccolocco - it's a very young Off-road park that I'd like to try again in another couple of years. I thought that it needed "aging" as many of the trails had been freshly cut when we went, and still had 4"-5" stumps spiking up from the ground.
