If anybody is looking, there is a nice little off road pop up camper for sale @ the lemon lot on the Arsenal. Can't remember what brand it was. I think they wanted $6,500 for it.

Now that you've experienced this . . .

. . . you think a winch something like this one below is in your future?

A few more:

One of my favorite shots from this past trip.

Taking a break up on top.

Frankie waiting for his turn.

Frankie driving up this slab with me behind the wheel. Great spotting!!

Andrew's Rubi.

Wilbur follows the others. Mike did an excellent job keeping my suspension off the rocks up on top.

Well you did a fantastic job of urging judging by the cheers and clapping that came from the group of on-lookers.

WOW, look at the transformation difference in Recon between the two pix.

Yes a winch is definitely in my future, not sure when. Ive got so many things on my mod list. Am currently working on removing the PS steel fenders and going back to stockers. Also want ot remove the PS body armor on the sides and Linex it.

Default 2011s

I stopped at the dealership before lunch to drop off my drivers door, broke the window regulator trying to replace the door handle...dont ask. If you ever have to replace a door handle, good luck with trying to get the inner door panel off.
Anyway, they have a couple of 2011 2dr Rubis on the lot so I took a look at one of them that was unlocked. Gotta say they are very nice inside. The only disadvantage I saw is that the counsel is smaller, along with the arm rest. The boot on the shifter looks like a small beanbag chair wrapped around it. Other than that, it was quite impressive. And no Im not looking to trade, just wanted to see the 2011 in person.

In my opinion, the ones I have are too heavy. The one on the pax side is already causing dmage to the body panel. Someone with welding skills could weld in additional support brackets, but Im not.
