Hey gary, you have a link to all the photos on an image hosting sight or something? i love em! do you have a photo of that Flexy rock on Flexy trail but on the driver side of my jeep?
This JK is screaming for some TLC - I recognize some of the mud spots from two weeks ago.

Don't know if any of you have tried "LA's Totally Awesome" All Purpose cleaner that ckivy and DStack recommended, but it works . . . well I guess I'm gonna say awesome. Mud on your tires just "melts" off with a spritz of this stuff and a few swipes of a brush.
Best part is you can find it in Dollar General for like $1 a bottle. The big refill bottle was just $3. Thanks for the tip Chris and Dennis.

Yes he did, but we found more that need slaying.
I couldn't make it up this rock - I tried, but I didn't get too crazy with the skinny pedal as the consequences for failure were rather daunting.

On another note, we ate lunch up near Eagle's Nest, and found a red trail there we wanted to try. On the way down to it, we ran into some guys whose buddy was stuck somewhere near the top on the same trail we had decided to attempt. The guys who alerted us about their buddy were trashed, not only physiologically but also mentally (they also managed to roll a bead driving over some 5-6 inch loose rocks when coming to us to inquire for help
). We weren't sure what we'd find up at the top of the trail, but went back to lend a hand as they had nothing in the way of recovery gear except a tow strap.
Up on top we found a TJ on almost bald 35s that had slid sideways and gotten sandwiched between a rock and a tree. Had to break out the "block and tackle" to extract him and then drag him up the last 50' of the trail. Turned out he wasn't wasted, and was very appreciative of the lending hand we provided. Anyway, if he could make it up that far, we figure we can give it a go next time we're down there.

A different angle of the rock slab I kept sliding on.

Threading some boulders.

I got a lot of head-on shots of Wilbur from my auxiliary photographers.

Top down.

Wandering around.
