So how did those new tires perform compared to your stock ones?
Tires performed really well. Aired down to 2a0 with no issues except lost clearance. Garys rubi walked right over every obstacle.

Default More Woolys Pics

Note: I'm giving up on saying, "This hill is steeper in person than it appears in this picture." I've decided to take the opposite tack - you'll see what I mean.

The hill was only about 15 feet high, and wasn't as steep as it appears. Really, it wasn't.

Terrain in the area was flat as a pancake - nothing much to it.

This is Red flexing a little on an ant hill we found (no ants were killed in the making of this pic).

It had been raining a bit, but trails weren't overly slick or nasty.

Red skirting around an obstacle. I didn't do a very good job spotting as moments later he barely missed that tree on his left by inches - I was too busy snapping pics, and admiring his driving skills.

At least I suggested he not go this way (even though that's only about a 3-4 inch drop).

So he backed up, and started around the rock, but then cut his wheels sharply and ended back on top of it again . . .

. . . so I recommended against this new line although he could have easily made it without incident (drop off isn't as bad as pic depicts).

There were a bunch of 4-wheelers, and those Mule "golf carts on steroids" thingies running around the park.

One nice feature of the park was the Welcome/Sign-in Center. Had a fireplace, big screen TV, and an air tank that they let you use to air up your tires.

They were getting in the way when I was trying to get a pic of my slightly used rock rails so I had to get rid of them.

Actually, I was tired of scratching the painted fenders so I bought some black plastic take-offs from a dealership out in Utah. This is a pic between the out with the old, in with the slightly used fenders.

And here you can see how aerodynamic the jeep becomes with the fenders removed.
