Have been having issues with Quadratec trying to order the correct part to fix my tie rod end. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with them trying to order "replacement" parts. Pictures on their website are often wrong and descriptions are vague. Ive had no issues with their aftermarket stuff but their replacement section for the JK is horrible. Should have the correct part here this week. Oh, and dont ever do an instant chat with them on their website because the folks they have manning it are clueless.
I also sent them a PM here on the forum and got NO response.
I guess after dealing with Yates and receiving such great customer service, my expectations are a little high.

 

Yeah, bad CS is BS..... I guess they don't realize how word spreads within the community when they don't support the consumer. I have only purchased small stuff from Q-tec, and never had any issues. But, that was all aftermarket stuff. I had to buy assorted sensors and a PS pump. Used a non-forum vendor. Had really good CS from them. Don't remember exactly who it was. I will have to look at my old emails to see who they were.

I may just play around with this idea. I run without the windows whenever possible. Also run the duster on the back to keep everything covered. Might remove the rear-most bow, roll up the top and secure it to the cage, and see how the top rides/looks like that.
