Default Hitch Receiver Bolts?

Anyone know what size bolts I need to order for a factory tow hitch? I was able to pick up a factory receiver really cheap - but I need the bolts and the wiring harness...

Thoughts?

I could be wrong, put go to the MOPAR website and find the hitch in the parts catalog. The part number for the bolts should be there. Call the dealership and ask them to tell you the length and tread pitch... Then call a bolt company and get some. I would not go with any less than grade 8...prefer higher.

I had to do this when a dog ran off with my lower trackbar bolt while making them adjustable.

I did that, but it doesn't tell me the size of the bolts. One of the aftermarket hitches I found - and the installation guide actually detailed the type of bolt used - uses a Hex Bolt 1/2-13 x 4.5.

Any other thoughts?

Bolts are 18mm head, and are 4.75" total length from top of the bolt head to the end of the threads. Not sure about pitch.

Default Half Doors

Anyone plan on hunting down half-doors? I really like their look especially on this JK sporting 35" MTR's w/Kevlar on MB72 Alloy rims.
