Just bought 5 used Rubicon MOAB rims from one fo the members. My spare had been covered by a tire cover and had the worst corrosion I had ever seen on a rim.

 

I quit my job, became a consultant, and am back at school. I'm getting caught up on stuff that was suffering from the amount I was working, but I'm looking forward to doing more Jeep outings with the time I'll have

If you find the right niche, the work can be both very lucrative and satisfying. Congrats on the job change, and the extra time that will hopefully be a resultant windfall.

Maybe will plan a nearby small Secret Squirrel ride soon - I have a couple of areas in mind that require reconnaissance. Wilbur needs to stretch his legs a little.

 

Coming up to Fayetteville, TN to visit family for a week. Probably drive up July 12-13th. But I will be staying at the Tims Ford State Park since I'm bringing the jet ski. Any good local secret trails or back roads to play on with the Jeep?

The place we wheeled in the pics above is about 45 minutes from Tim's Ford, but you'd better know your bearings because it's easy to get lost like that rusted out Ford.

What do you think you want to get into - the pics I showed are all the tame ones. There's some mildly challenging rock climbs and mud bogs in this particular area. There's also some seriously extreme stuff North of Tim's Ford.
