Default Roof Cargo Carrier Feeller

It's a ROLO carrier I had on my old Subaru.

Just like this one: Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket Rola Roof Cargo Carrier 59504

I'm looking to get $100 from local folks.

Default Hale Mtn

Looks like a good time was had, except for this near roll-over situation.

At least a new world record for number of winch cables hooked to a JK was made.

Well I've decided against selling the Jeep. By selling it, I was hoping to pull some cash out to help pay for school, and I was thinking I'd get a slightly more practical vehicle that I wouldn't spend quite as much time working on. After researching used vehicles, I didn't think I could get enough money out of the Jeep to make it worth selling, plus I'd miss it a lot. Also, I got a position at the school that's going to pay for pretty much all my tuition and then some. So instead of selling, I'm going to downsize it a bit and go with 35s, a smaller lift, and some more roadworthy tires. That might make it just a bit more practical as a daily driver.

I'm really glad to be holding on to the Jeep!

If someone's interested in my 37" MTRs, keep in mind I'll be getting rid of mine soon... I'll also have my old Trailmaster springs and control arms ready to sell as well...

Good to hear Micah. Looks like you'll still have the proper credentials needed to attend the Jeep Meet at Ditto Landing on the sixth. Any ideas on your next lift/tire choice?

I think I'm just going to change out my coil springs, shocks, and bumpstops for the lift portion. I'm thinking 3-3.5" springs, but I haven't decided which brand yet. As far as tires go, I'm trying to find an aggressive AT or a subdued MT. Not sure what I want to go with yet...

I may be interested in your trailmaster stuff. Or perhaps a swap with my lift kit?

I'll let you guys know when I take the parts off and put them up for sale. It'll be close to a complete lift actually since I'll be selling the TM control arms too.

New to the site. I am currently in Afghanistan and should be home by the end of October. i was wondering if you guys had a trip planned any time after that. I just got and 08' Rubicon and i can believe i waited this long to buy a jeep! I am pretty new to the off road world outside of my military experience. So i would like to go out with more of you experienced guys so i dont break more then i have to.
