Default Electrical Gremlins!!!

Had a realllly weird gremlin this afternoon. I walked out to the jeep and hit unlock on my keychain and the alarm went off. Not only that but the radio, wipers, headlights, etc turned on. The doors unlocked, but I couldn't start the engine nor turn off anything. It took like 3-4 minutes to stop... and I don't know if that was from continuing to punch on the remote or it just stopped. Any ideas?

I'd take it to the dealer to make sure you have the latest software. The earlier JKs had very weird software problems like this, some of which were incredibly dangerous. If you call the Chrysler line, I bet they'd give you a reference number to get it looked at for free.

The b'ham folks are heading to Morris Mountain Sunday 21 Oct if anyone wants to come. Just go post up on their forum. I think this is their last run of the year.

In case anyone is interested, I had the wrong Superior axleshafts sent to me and didn't notice before I had everything pressed on. I'm selling these instead of returning them because Superior won't refund money for the retainers or assembly labor. If someone in town buys these, I'll give you a much better price:

30 spline chromoly axle shafts

That was probably Gary (JK-Rubi), he's the only one I know of with a supercharger, and the description matches him.

Sorry my friend, that is incorrect. The correct answer is "WILBUR"!!!!!!

That mustang doesn't want any of "WILBUR".
