I find out from Chrysler if I'm getting a buyout for the Jeep or if I have to trade it in...either way hoping to have a new 12 JK next week. Can we all meet up and maybe hit a beginner trail or one that I can keep up on? I'll be scared with my new JK and of course this is my first 4x4 so it will all be new. I know Katelyn is getting her new DS so hopefully we can all meet up.

there are many clubs in our area.. i am in Panama city.. in our club there are folks from stanhope al, pensacola fl , crestview, ft walton, PCB.. there are many places to ride but you should probably hook up with one of the clubs..however they will all require you to drive a bit.
In your area theres white sands jeep club, emerald coast jeepers, gulf coast jeepers, jacked up jeep club.. thats just the ones i have heard of..hope this helps

I'm down to start one; I've been looking for a good reason to put a sticker on my jeep

I wouldn't want to be in a very busy-body kind of one. I've been in a few different clubs/organizations (never an offroading one though) that always end wanting to meetings and presidents and shit...crap just gets annoying.

I'm down to start a club. I know there's a Mobile Jeep Club, but it's pretty involved. Presidents, monthly meetings, fees, etc. It'd be cool to just get together on the weekends and go wheeling or go get something to eat for meet and greets. I'm starting my last year of college in a week, but will be free of plenty of weekends this fall to wheel. I'm installing my new front driveshaft and lower control arms this next week so I'm ready to ride whenever

I might be picking a Jeep up this weekend hopefully. It will be a little while before I can wheel though, it's a manual and I have only driven manual a time or two. Is the Jeep clutch easy to use?
