Mountainside camping/wheeling trip

We are having a fair well ride for one of brave friends "Dan" that is ending his military carrier in January and moving back home.
I spoke with Scott at Mountainside and he is renting the park to us for $300. So if we can get at least 10 people it will only cost us $30 a person.
The ride will be Dec 17-18, a couple of us are going up on the 16th to set up camp and to avoid having to leave Columbus at 5 a.m.

As far as the Columbus crew, lets meet at the Waffle House on Hwy 27 off Hwy I-185 exit 42 I think at 10.

Personally I like the idea of on your own for lunch stuff but breakfast/dinner all together everyone pitches in and brings shit and we do like a before ride/after ride meals, it might be easier if we maybe gave a certain amount of cash to 1 person and they did the shopping... I don't know Im just spitballing here.... I know if no one wants to do that I might end up bringing some MREs for myself and calling that good. Easy, little trash, highly filling.
But its whateva.... I just need to know before Friday morning when I go out and stock up.

There is no way Ill be able to meet there at 10. I took a half day, so who knows when I will get out. Im hoping to leave here by 11. Ill just meet you guys there, I absolutely hate to have people wait for me, and hate to rush. If I know Jim(Spartan), he will be late too.

I am in the same boat... I was thinking about leaving closer to 1pm, as I am packing and gather "supplies" that morning.

Have you changed your mind about bringing your jeep. I think you might kick yourself for not bringing it. Anything can be fixed in short order.
