I know their may be another thread about this...I live here in Oklahoma and I know their is a law that says you must cover some amount (idk how much) of your fenders, I took off my fenders a while ago and I haven't had trouble at all. Haven't even gotten pulled over for it. My school cop hasn't said anything (he's a douche) last weekend I was driving through a piece of land which I didn't own (wasn't tearing anything up) and some how a cop busted us. I even asked if me running no fenders was illegal! He said ya but we don't really car unless we pull you over for another violation. Anyone else having the same kind of luck?

 

I don't think Oklahoma counts as part of the south, I say that because you may have better luck getting your question answered there where every they post, and I think that would be in the Mid West.
