Default Trails near Tampa

I just moved to Tampa and I am looking for a place to hit the trails. Any place within an hour is fine. Any suggestions?

there was a little spot right near USF... but its temporarily closed.

then a little north of tampa there is richloam and citrus.

visit the sunshine state forum and you can find more info.

i should also mention that i am new to jeeping. i am looking for a place where i take my 3 youg sons with me and have a good time outside. being new to all of this i may need some hand holding to find out where to go and what to do when i get there.

In Brandon myself, wouldnt mind running some trails as well. Nothing too wild as i am still stock.

ive only been to one REAL LOCAL spot, but its currently on lock down...

richloam is fun... 55 minute drive from tampa.

richloam google mapped.

ive only been there once and it was pretty dry. i hear its quite soggy now.
