2012 JK RIPP Supercharger Sneak Peak - Worlds First Supercharged 3.6
I think people are gonna wait a bit...Since it's our daily driver we don't want codes popping up all the time...
RIPP has to be a little frustrated also...I am still interested but gonna hold off for now...

I understand the frustration but I don't understand why you would want RIPP to give u a subpar product. I haven't told Ripp who I am but I know this guy for a long time and he has always been top notch and knows his stuff. Most people these days just wanna throw a product out there as fast as they can and get paid. This man wants to paid when his product is right. On my daily driver i know it's what I want. Maybe I'm wrong

That's ruff bro.... Considering ripp is the only company willing to go thru the bs of R&D to have a quality product. Any aftermarket company could just slap something together and call it a day. Ripp actually gives us something worth buying. I've seen their products on the older jeeps with lots of abuse. It holds up. But with anything you abuse there are chances of breakage... If you think you could do better and keep the media presence pristine then do it yourself and sell it. Competition does help push for a product to come out, and you could make some money out of it. If you can't keep those stupid comments to your self. Thanks
Man you guys are rough on them, give them a break! If you took your jeep to off road evolution for example and were getting a lot of work done, if they told you it was going to take 2 weeks to get done but then took 4 weeks would you be pissed off at them like this? Wouldn't you rather have them make sure it was done right so you wouldn't have any issues or would you want them to give you your jeep back at 2 weeks and just thrown together and have it break down constantly? Relax, if you want something done right let them do their thing.

In my business I have to do what I commit. Otherwise I would not have a job. Deadlines and contract dates are critical. My credibility is one of my key attributes.
I think the guys at RIPP are good dudes. Just think this is not being handled well.
And by the way....I'm not pissed. Just consider me interested in this product and disappointed in the fact that this was supposed to be done in Jan.
Read the whole thread.
If it makes anyone think a little different i just got a email from AEV and they have a supercharger kit and it is only for the 3.8's so obviously I would say the 3.6 is just being a pain in the azz for every company.

At this point, it looks as though the 6 speed manual 2012 will be released first, with the AUTO followed after the Torque Management decides to play nice.
