No I don't. But I am sure I can somehow try to get them to make something

Maybe I can wink at them for a few times. That MIGHT work.

I might even try the Yakima fairing and see how that works.

I'm going to try and fab something next week. Maybe use smoked Plexi. I'm thinking if I fill the area between the top of the windshield glass and the bottom og the light mounts, it will help somewhat.

Let us know how that works out and be sure to submit a writeup if successful!

That rack is awesome looking. Love the steps. Is the quick release for the front out yet? Also I have KC mounted up front, looks like bracket may interfere with that.
This is going on the short list.

Just got home from vaca... had to spend a half hour tailgaiting a semi just to get the incredibly loud wind noise out of my head. There's got to be something I can make up. I worry that:

A) The angle of a fairing that meets the windshield will be too steep to domuch good.

B) Filling the space between the top of the windshield and the bottom of the light bar still leaves a lot of drag above the solution - can't go higher or you'll block lights.

I've got 3 weeks until my next 4 hr highway trip.

Anyone have any solutions for keeping the discs from falling off and the backing from "squeezing" out of them? I have had the rack off twice for the fit and still can not seem to get the discs to stay on the vehicle. Any recommendations would be appreciated as the rack is a must.

Something needs to be figured out. I am in Colorado now and pulled my rack off before leaving as the wind noise and drag was unreal. I needed a hemi and earplugs to handle it. I did put 4 kc's up front but its the stealth rack and I love it ,just not the problems it brung with it ???

This is interesting. I have a 2008 I recently installed the rack on. I have driven it over a thousand miles including highway speeds with just the plain rack. I barely noticed any wind noise change although I can very slightly feel increased drag. Now I have yakima cross bars, kayak holders, shovels, axes, and thule cargo box attached to it and yet the wind noise is minimal. I can feel the extra drag but have not had to drive into a heavy headwind at highway speeds yet.

I do only drive with a hard top so maybe that is the noise difference. I have to say I love this rack and am very pleased with it in all respects.

do you have kc lights up front ? I have 4 - 2"x6" lights and that blocks even more wind but I did have a trektop soft top on also and that thing was flapping like crazy. With the top off the wind noise is extremely loud so its definatly slowing me down with that much wind noise ??
