I don't have video for it. But it is Possible. I actually did it yesterday. It was tough(heavy).
But it is just like removing/installing the hard top. 2 people would be needed for the safety of yourself and your vehicle.
I have not done it yet. When I get the quick disconnects or the weather in Cleveland gets better, I will attempt this on my own and hopefully get video.
I installed my Gobi Stealth today. It is just a beautiful piece of equipment. I cannot say enough good things about this rack from the fantastic customer service to packing to excellent quality, fit and finish. I am extremely happy with what I got for the money. I installed it all alone from beginning to end and it took about 4 1/2 hours going slowly and carefully to do it right the first time. It was an easy install using only a few basic tools. I would not recommend trying to lift the main rack part all alone when assembling but I had no choice. I used a solid chair with blankets to protect my Jeep. It worked out just fine. I will post a link to a photo gallery showing before and after. When I get the high lift and shovel/axe mounted as well as kayak racks, I will post additional pictures.
I will say that this appears to be one of the finest racks made for the Jeep JK. I really did my research and thought long about it before calling Gobi and putting my order in. I am not disappointed in the least.
Here is the link to the photo gallery. Let me know if you have any trouble viewing.
