Gecko Skins
Alright I've been "laying low" with this one but, there's a fairly good reason. Several members of this forum, whom I will not name, have made some VERY good recommendations. As a result there have been SEVERAL changes since posting the photos of the Gecko Skins in May, 2011. The most significant modification will be seen with the 2dr model. I don't have photo of the newest version (I'll have them next Tuesday), but here is the original.
As you can see the plate stops well short of the door. The newer version will extend forward to the edge of the door and down to the rocker side armor. You've got to use your imagination since I don't have photo... but you can see the area that we will be extending to, to protect. We will be offering the original Gecko Skin as well as the one that ties in with the Rocker Side Armor.
I did speak to David at Northridge a couple of weeks ago and he will be conducting the pre-order.

Think they look great! I like the oblong light and round would be nice too. I would like them to have a tube along the rear bottom corner to protect the bottom edge for those who run stubby bumpers or none at all, like me!

That's a key point Yates. I never understood what you were actually protecting with corners, if you had to cut the body out to install them.
I showed my wife and she also likes the oval tail lights and we both like the sliders.
My wife also pointed out that we could hang towels on the sliders when we are camping and it would be a good tie down for a hammock.
