I tightened the bolts just a tad to line the shoulder of the bolt up perfectly...

2.675 Driver side
2.625 Passenger side

Brent,

Not to steal your thread, here are a few pics i did to RubyDoo for her Hi lift.

Parts list;
1 4"x 3/8's carrage bolt drivers side
1 5"x3/8's carrage bolt passanger side
1 3/8 body style washer
1 1/8 pin
1 #6x1/2 inch sheet metal screw
1 foot pink string

I have mine attached real secure to the holes at the base of the roll bar, this would fit the two door folks also.

Looks great! However i dont see this working on the 4dr's with soft tops. The tops support bars would interfere. Just my view.

Friggin awesome...I was looking for 7/16x20 wingnuts for my idea but you just changed my thinking process completely.....no wingnuts..just drill for pins...hell yeah..thanks JKkat...now they can't come loose by shaking around either...

While I haven't fitted a soft top yet, it will work. The only fitting that I need to do is for the height of the jack, when mounted on the brackets. The total length of the jack is shorter than the the width of the role bar. I want to keep the Jack as high as possible (minimizing blocking of the view out the back) and still not interfere with the soft top or hard top.
