Problem not a problem after all
OK, I called Mark and discussed the issue. He assured me he would stand by the product. For now I decided to wait and see if it happened again. It did seem to seat better when I put it back, then it did when I originally installed it. NOTE: He suggested I take a square of cardboard and press hard thru it to seat the panel firmly without putting finger/palm marks all over. So I did that to all the panels. If it happens again I will recontact him. Since I live close and actually picked up the liners in person, he offered to reinstall it himself if I drive down there. Which I will do if necessary.
I am hoping that this resolves the issue as I like these panels very much. They look better than factory, and I have already noticed an improvement in heat and sound issues.

BTW Mark recontacted me to make sure I was not having any further problems and to assure me he would stand behind his product. Good customer service you don't get from others. I am having that problem with another company right now.

After doing a trail on Monday where the weather was 115 degrees, I'm buying a Hothead headliner now!!

Sorry that we don't have any picture up yet. We will post some as soon as we can. The 2011 headliners do look exactly the same as the previous headliners. They are just a little different in size.
If you have a 2011 with the brown leather interior we will have some new colors up soon to choose from.
