I bought a set of these and thought I would try the Kevlar out... I shot them all with my FN-FAL and the bullets went right through. WTF?

Thanks for testing that out. I was becoming real curious about that myself. I just wasn't sure what She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed would say about me orderin' yet another set of tires. Not sure she'd accept bullet holes as a good excuse.

I like that DuraTrack, but unless it comes in 255/85R17, I will be sticking with the KM2's.

Nice. I hope you were wearing your safety glasses.

And for the record, Do not try that, the tire will blow out and could injure someone or something.

But they do stop 9mm FMJs, and both 110 & 125 gr, .357 HPs.

Certain sizes have both options. Because these are asymetrical you can not just flip them around. Check Goodyear's sizes and specs chart at www.goodyear.com for full details.

I show the origional MTR's are still available. I can imagine these will be replaced with the New MTR with Kevlar but it may not be for another year. I don't see them scheduled just yet.

EDIT: Meant to post this link Original MT/R 37x12.50R15
