Really? I haven't noticed that yet... where did you get that bit of info from?

I'm a fairly new member. I put in my order for the light kit last week. I just bought a 2-door 2008 JK with no fogs (yet) and I cannot believe they allow these vehicles to roll off the assembly line with such unsafe headlights!

Can't wait to get those H4's!

Energy-saving bulb in a vehicle that's shaped like a kleenex box? What is the point of that? How much energy do you save and why? It's not like it will burn less fuel.
To get back on topic, can't wait for the lights to ship. Has anyone seen any pictures taken from inside the jeep, looking down the road, comparing stock housings to the IPFs?

Absolutely true. My 1974 Superbeetle with sealed beams had better light, but it could be because they were quite a bit closer to the ground.

x2 I'm constantly getting high beams flashed at me when I have my low beams & fogs on. Really obnoxious that everyone plays high beam police, and I can't see shite without my fogs at night on dimly lit roads.

Looking forward to these new IPFs
