To all:

There may be some fitment issues with the harnesses. Some don't click that I've seen and I'm being told some need a little trimming to fit. Not sure if it's overfilled molds or another issue but we're working on it.

Regardless, the final answer is this: If you get yours, the fixes to get them working short term are available to you. The reality of this is that the harnesses are made over seas and we can't get a new run done in the next couple days and out to you to fix issues. Get me your contact information with your issue and we'll get a new run of jumpers made and on the way once the dust settles and we'll make your problem right.

The ARB/IPF way is the make it right. We'll take care of you. The good news is you can make them fit short term. Again, if you're not happy with the fit, get me your information and I'll get you on the list for new jumpers should you need them.

As you might already know, if you wait for the brown Santa to arrive with your package, that will not happen as they were shipped via FedEx so look for that white truck with the red and blue lettering!

I guess my question is this; I ordered these lights this weekend and was wondering if my order would get filled with the first shipment.

Thanks.
You ordered over the weekend and hope to get them in the first batch? I ordered on Jan 4th .... hope mine show up before yours

Default Pictures of Fitment Fix

OK folks, if you want to see pictures of how I solved the fitment issue, look for post # 491 (top of page 50) in this thread.

I posted three pictures:

1. Factory (stock) connector
2. Connector on adapter wire
3. Modified connector on adapter wire

With these three pictures, you can see a side by side comparison of how things looked before and after the fix.

It took about 15 minutes to fix once we figured out the problem.
All we used was a "Stanley" knife. Not sure if a single-edge razor blade will work as the plastic is rather tough. A box cutter would work for the 2 side ridges, but may not extend down from the blade holder far enough to make the mod on the center plastic piece. Check the pictures for the details!!!

After making the mods, the connectors clicked together.

Simple solution!

Hope this helps.

Sorry, poor choice of words...

Northridge had a first stock shipment (from manufacturer) of these headlights last week and I was hoping not all have been shipped out or spoken for. I know there is a lot of hype surrounding these lights so I was wondering if they were already on backorder status.

Also, now with the new development, I was wondering if Northridge would ship out parts that "may" not be perfect. I'm okay with cutting the tabs short term, but I'm not sure how a company would choose to handle this.
