I think the "new" part of it is that you can purchase the QD hardware kit without the links. This comes in handy if you were to want both the leveling kit and the QD kit. Previously you would end up with two sets of links.

You could previously buy the parts to make this kit yourself. TF had the pins and brackets listed separate of the QD kit. I'm sure they got asked a lot about this... I know I asked, I didn't want to buy extra links... so they just threw a little kit together to make it easier on everyone.

I just got this in, but mine only had 2 of the pull pins rather than the 4 shown. As well, the brackets are the same. Is that normal?
