Here are some photos of the last sample bracket. Small revisions will be made, but this is close to the final setup. Still working out the drain issue on the tank. If we have to go to a custom tank, it might delay some, so we are trying to make this work. I believe the side port will drain enough water out of the system. Rust isn't an issue because of the aluminum.

I will be testing the draining out of the side port tomorrow. If anything, we will start with this tank, and maybe move to a custom tank that is identical but adds a bottom drain. The advantage of the higher drain, is more clearance and it leaves nothing hanging down.

Still getting final fittings to finalize the mock up, but this is more or less it.
Let us know what you guys think!

Also how many ports will be on the tank it self? ie fast fill port or air horn directly into the tank
Forgot to mention. The tank will have a free 1/2" port for air horns, etc.

Almost ready for pre-orders. I am waiting until final pricing and the production order of brackets is started. I am hoping that will happen early next week. So, we might be able to run a pre-order then, and of course will do special pricing to start it off.

Here is what pricing should look like, just waiting for some final numbers. We just aren't sure if we want to include a hose with tire inflation gun, as some of you guys have some sort of fill hose already.

Would you rather see us include this?

Below is based on everything you need to install, minus wiring and on/off switch. It will include 25 ft. of airline and a remote mount chuck with bracket. You can mount this on your bumper, frame or anywhere else you want.

Pricing w/o Fill Hose and Tire Inflation Gun:

Single Compressor: $499
Dual Compressor: $674

Single Compressor w/ Integrated Regulator: $540
Dual Compressor w/ Integrated Regulator: $710

Will the skid plate be included in this?
All fittings included?
Manifold included (if so how many ports)?
What is the regulator at 150psi?

How close to the driveshaft is this going to be? You can not really tell from the one picture...

Yes, all DOT approved push-to-connect fittings included, along with the manifold. The manifold will have (3) 1/4" NPT available ports, plus you have 3 spares on the tank. We went with the manifold because it makes things cleaner. It does add a little cost, but we think it is worth it. This also includes the stainless steel mounting hardware where needed.

The regulator is a 200 PSI regulator, and ideally used for air lockers. We will offer a few different system configurations based on the needs of the user.

105 PSI without regulator - Air lockers & tire inflation (No regulator needed)
150 PSI without regulator - Air tool use and tire inflation
150 PSI with regulator - Air tool, air lockers & tire inflation

It will be very close to the driveshaft, but will allow just barely enough clearance for most common sized lifts. We will be fitting it up soon on a Jeep with an Icon 3.5" lift and 35's. I know there is larger, but this will give us the final test fit we need and can go from there to determine fitment on larger lifts.

We have taken longer than expected, but we really want to come out with a high quality product that fit correctly and works well. Even if it takes a few weeks longer, we believe it will be worth it.

Do you plan to test it with any aftermarket skid systems (protek, river raider, etc) to see if they might interfere?

Or maybe, since you understand your design, you could simply look at the skid systems out there and pretty much guess which ones will or won't work?

Is that the retail pricing or the pre-order, promotional pricing?

Yes, we will test it with different skid as they become available to us. Right now, we tucked the system up as far as possible and believe this will clear most out there. It sits just barely above the bottom of the gas tank.

That is retail pricing. Once finalized, we will have promotional pricing to get things started.

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to get the single compressor variety and then add the second compressor later on if I decide I need it? Or are the brackets entirely different?
