Sorry Dave for reviving this thread. Only meant to advertise a great product and your always great service.

As for the shipping I did as was suggested and ordered disconnects to get free shipping!

As for back ordered products. This is the first time northridge has had this issue for me. There is another popular vendor that has about a 50% back order rate for me... I can live.

So I just did the LED upgrade from Norrhridge 4x4.

Opening the door, works great . If you do not have the key in the ignition, then try to turn on the light, it will strobe. It will not strobe if the key is in the ignition and accy is on.

Can someone do a check and see if this is the same for you,

Happy Jeeping

Doug that is odd we have had a few people report that the strobe was a issue but it somehow just went away on its own. I am not sure what the cause is

So how many of you are gifted with this feature?

Mine did the same thing but has fixed itself. Give it a day or so and it should be fine.

anyone else having fitment issues? seems like the bulb for the back is too small for the clip it sits into. It is noticeably smaller than the stock bulb.

My rear bulb spun fairly freely. I haven't done so yet, but will either crimp the fixture slightly, or fatten up one end of the bulb with a little aluminum foil. If fact, now that I think about it, I think I will try the aluminum foil.

Still flashing, hasn't fixed itself yet. I am suspicious of the ability of it to fix itself and while I hope I am wrong, find it more likely that those who have found their bulbs "fixed" are actually checking with their door ajar or the iginition on. Or maybe mine just hasn't fixed itself yet!

Paul

edit:

as far as the flashing goes, I have found that it hasn't been an issue as they usually are used only when I open the door. If I find myself sitting in the car with the ignition off trying to read a map or something, this might make them unusable, but who uses maps anymore with GPS and touchscreen devices? ...

This was one of my favorite 5 minute mods. So much more useable light and it looks cool inside too.
