Right, and if you fk it up its so cheap and easy to just buy a new hood and throw it on.

If it makes you feel any better this was the first time i ever had to cut into a vehicle body and it came out good. Even if your lines aren't EXACTLY straight or you veer off a little bit, the louver is going to cover up any mistakes or blems and it will still be entirely functional. It went by waaaaaaay easy since i had a friend helping me, my respect goes out to those crazy bastards that do it solo. lol.

Not currently. We're gearing up to start on another expansion that will most likely include bringing our laser cutting in-house. When that happens we will probably be more flexible on custom cutting.
