It took me about 4 hours, but some was paint dry time. I would recommend using new hole saw and bits as it seemed to make everything go smoothly. I might of been able to get it done sooner, but my compressor could not keep up as well as I would have liked.

I just installed mine friday. The install was easy. I didnt even remove the hood, just covered the engine with a tarp to catch all the metal filings. I agree, get a new 1" saw bit and 3/4 bit. I also used a 4" angle grinder for cutting, it was super quick.

Mines black on black and the results are awesome. Went on a slow speed hill climb yesterday and brought along my temp gun. WOW the results were worth every penny. Before I would be melting sparkplug wires because of my headers. My fan barely comes on now.

I had the same issue with the headers, but measured the temp at the intake thru the computer and it dropped the air temp by twenty plus degrees.
