They are auxiliary lights for say, the cargo area of something, or under the rail bed lighting, etc. Most People we sell them too use them for underbelly rock lighting. You can use them with the included controller, or wire them up however you like. Each "pod" has a looooong lead on it, around 8ft if I recall correctly. They are damn bright for how small they are. You can get them in several different colors.
