Hey RIPP,

Sent a PM a few days ago with some questions. Did you get it? Let me know. Thanks.

It is my understanding that Ripp was going to offer a package deal on the headers and Diablo together for the JK's without a SC.

Ohh - yes - a Tuners package is typically a SC system without manufacturer support.

The Header Power Package is a product number that is yet to be generated, probably because we sold out of header 3 times in the last quarter of 2010. They are in stock now. Lets bring it up to the desk upstairs and see what they come up with.

Well bring it on up! I'd be interested in this as a nice step towards better driveability. Does this tune require the use of 93 octane? I'm not sure if I read it somewhere on page 2 or not and would like clarification on that fact.

Also being familiar with the Diablo tuner, I do know that just by modifing the ECU mapping you can see gains in HP and TQ and even more gains by being aggressive and running more timing while requiring the use of 93 octane. So I am really wondering how much power the tune is and really how much more power the header is providing.

Our tune is for 89 and up - we are conservative with our mapping but its still a hefty gain. Some have elected to tune and they have found more power. We will always suggest staying with the provided tune because we know it to be safe.
