RIPP PICS Needed
Yin,
Are you sure about the intercooler? What your describing doesn't make sense to me. I think an A/A intercooler would at best lower IAT by 15-30 deg F. That's going to be dependent on PSI, Ambient temp, and air flow/ Vehicle speed.
You should still get something like this:

But your numbers should be lower, and your IAT (my yellow line) would be less pointy (because vehicle speed increases intercooler effect)
If your only seeing 20 deg higher than ambient, I would worry your not getting boost into the tube like maybe your bypass/BOV is diverting Boost.
Run some logging with the predator and see what your map is reading.
I didn't go with the intercooler because I have a large winch, and considering I expected lower boost numbers at my altitude (7500ft) I didn't think I needed it.
George

LOL - That all looks like Greek to me.
I have adjusted my BOV (per Ross) to 3-4 threads showing so it cranked it down and made it hold charge longer. Im just judging based off the intake air temp from the aeroforce gauge. This was not highway driving just around town in stop and go.
Am I reading right.... It shows your IAT(172.6) at 104deg higher than AAT(68)?

Ok that makes sense.
Not a lot of boost cruising around town, which is why we see the increase in MPG.
If your interested the predator will log all that stuff for you (well not everything). Then you can download it for analysis.
All that the above is showing is the relationship between boost and temp. As the boost pressure increases (MAP) the intake temp increases (IAT).
Yeah under Boost your gonna see much higher temps than ambient, even with the intercooler. It would be interesting to add a temp sensor before the intercooler to see how much heat it's shedding
