Smog Certification In Process These systems have not yet been granted an exemption by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Currently these systems are not smog legal in California, except for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway (Off-road use only). 50-State Emissions certification is planned for complete systems (tuner kits are not eligible for CARB exemption).
Sales cannot be combined with any other coupon on online special. Coupon apply to new products only. I see the promotion doesn't apply to SC kits for the '12 and likely because it isn't available? On that note, what's the newest availability date? I've fired off a couple of emails - all pre-Sandy- but no reply to some questions I've had but I know that you're active on here so...here I am.
