We will be holding our 1st annual Rough Country Trail Ride at Harlan, Ky on June 25th and 26th. This will be groups from several diff forums as well as some of our wholesale customers. There will be raffle prizes, food, and music for nightime festivities. Group trail rides Sat morn with a trail team and afternoon free rides. Good times will be had.

If you are wanting to come, it will only cost you for your gate fee to attend this ride. If wanting to attend please fill out this form and email it back to me so I can get an idea of how many gift bags and T-shirts to have for the ride. When is the latest we can register by? Do we send in 2 registration forms for 2 people even if it's one jeep? Do you guys have a discount rate for any one satuing friday-sunday any where? Are you guys doing any activity friday, sunday night for those staying the whole weekend. I'm guessing since there is a raffle event saturday night your holding some other type of gathering? Can you also specify more about what breaks up the green and yellow trails.

 

You both would just fill out a form. This way we have a head count on all of the people attending. The $20.00 is per vehicle. This will go to Black Mountain for your park entry. You will pay this directly to them not us.

As far as the difference in trail colors, you can run what you want to. If you want to run the harder stuff you are more than welcomed to. We will designate the difficulty of trails depending on weather conditions at the time when we get there Friday for prerun.

 

any activities? or discounts at hotels?

 

We will have some DJ equipment set up Sat night and gonna try to feed everybody that night as well. We actually tried to get some discounted rates to get into the park but 20 per rig is already pretty cheap unless you are traveling alone.

 

Nahh I was more curious about the hotel since we would be getting in on friday and not leaving till monday if we come.

 

We did try to get a discount for rooms, but we have to have a minimum block of rooms. Not knowing what the turnout would be like we chose to leave that alone for this first ride.

 

You want to stay in Wise or Norton Va, it's an extra 30 minutes, but the hotels are half the price. I grew up in Harlan County and I know the area like the back of my hand. Plus I know many other great places to ride in the area.
