Are you calling us directly or working with a reseller? This is not how we do business. Who did you speak with and who did you leave the message for?

This is actually pretty cool. I will be working with the Appalachia Service Project this summer, a mission type service that provides help to those in poverty and Harlan is one of the 27 counties we serve in Appalachia. I find out around the beginning of June where exactly I will be, but if I am near by, I would love to take one of my days off and get out for this event for at least a day.

RC customer service is top knotch and if by some chance you have a problem they will always replace there products within 2 days, thats why it carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!! All of this combined is what sold me into getting the 4" FLEX Kit with all the bells and whistles. I have not had my JK ever drive, handle or ride the way it does after just getting all of this put on last week. Let the haters hate, I will always stand by RC and there products. Heck I chose the Flex Kit over the LT OMU kit....that alone says something .......I haoping like crazy to make this ride, and I'm sure it will be great!!!!!!!!! RC keep doing what you have always done......

I dont know if the trail requires armor or not but a set of rock sliders and a evap relocation or skid is always a good idea.

At minimum try to pick up a set of Rubi take offs they are cheap and give decent enough protection.
